Yoga for Every Body & Level

Yoga classes for all levels—from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Each session includes breathwork and meditation to support a balanced and mindful practice.

Class Details

Class size is limited to 10 students for a more personalized experience.

Yoga mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.

Weekly Schedule

Monday: 6:00 PM

Wednesday: 7:15 PM

Sunday: 10:00 AM

Registration & Policies

Pre-registration is required.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a rollover credit.

Same-day cancellations do not receive a credit.

Payment is per class, with a minimum contribution of $10.
(The average drop-in rate for yoga in Greensboro is $20–$30.)

Donations to help offset studio costs are always appreciated and can be made here.

If you're unable to attend a class, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.

We welcome everyone, but we reserve the right to refuse service when necessary.

Ahava is a Hebrew word meaning Love.

In Hebrew, "ahava" (אהבה) means "love". The root of the word "ahava" is related to the word "hav" (הב), which means "to give", suggesting that giving is at the heart of love.
