Community Offerings
We strive to keep our classes accessible. Currently our meditation gatherings are donation based and our weekly Wednesday movement and meditation class is $10 or free for those who need it. Please contact us if you have any questions or if you need a free class. We are glad that you are here and happy to help.

How you can help
With help from community donations, we have consistently been able to provide over 300 FREE studio sessions each year. Donations help us cover expenses associated with our studio and enable us to provide classes at little to no cost for the community.
LOCATION
We are located inside the Church of the Covenant Presbyterian at 501 S Mendenhall St. In Greensboro, NC Located on the 2nd Floor in Suite 203
We ask that you park off Morehead St in the lot marked Gateway. Look for the Church Office door and enter there.
